Leftover carpet cleaning solutions can act as a magnet for dirt. That’s why The Masters Touch exclusive 5-step carpet cleaning system includes an essential extra step - a specially formulated pH-balancing fiber rinse that removes carpet cleaning solution residue right along with deep-down dirt. So all that’s left behind is cleaner, softer, more beautiful carpet.

STEP 1 - PRE-INSPECTION
We thoroughly inspect all areas to be cleaned with our customer to determine their cleaning needs and identify any areas that may require special attention.

STEP 2 - PRE-CONDITIONING
We utilize a high-pressure spraying system to apply our heated cleaning agent which penetrates deep into the carpet fibre to help loosen and suspend the embedded soils.

STEP 3 - NEUTRALIZING RINSE
In conjunction with our truck-mounted hot water extraction unit, our powerful rinsing agent helps remove the soil from your carpet and upholstery leaving them clean, soft and virtually residue free.

CARPET PROTECTORS & DEODORIZERS
We then recommend an application of Scotchgaurd Carpet and Upholstery Protector (optional) and/or Carpet Deodorizer (optional). Reapplying the carpet protector helps restore protective properties to your carpet, making it easier to care for.

STEP 4 - GROOMING
We thoroughly groom the carpet fibre to enhance the appearance. Grooming helps to expedite the drying time, allowing our customers to walk on their freshly-cleaned carpet sooner.

STEP 5 - POST-INSPECTION
We invite our customers to personally perform a walk-through inspection with our certified IICRC technicians to ensure that all service needs were completed to their satisfaction.
